Return policy

All items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your shipment, provided they are in their original condition. Only unopened and factory-sealed items are considered to be in “original condition.”

If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items that are not defective or were not ordered mistakenly.

We will cover shipping charges if the wrong item was sent due to our error.

You can initiate an exchange or return by email. Please provide the order number and date.

For a properly returned item (in original condition, without defects, or sent in error), you will receive an email notifying you when we have received, inspected, and either approved or rejected your refund.

If the return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
