Switching inks.
Not a canister swap. An engineer audits the machine, flushes the old ink out rather than topping it up, rebuilds the profiles for your materials and your RIP, and runs the first production jobs with your operators before leaving.
The risk in a change of ink is in the changeover, which is the part we do. It carries a guarantee: if the printer does not run on the new ink as it did on the old one, that is ours to fix.
